DIY Holiday Decor

DIY #1 Garland Tree

You will need:
-Thin Garland $2
-Small Poster .50
-Glue gun, tape, & scissors

Step 1: Fold your squared poster into a cone shape.
Step 2: Once you have the cone shape you like tape it down
so it stays in place and cut the excess off.
Step 3: make sure its straight so it stands even.
Step 4: Start gluing little by little and start wrapping the
garland on (step 5)
Step 6 & 7: Continue putting glue and wrapping around until you get
to the top and voila your done!

Make sure you glue the garland very close to each other
so you don't have any gaps showing.

DIY #2 Garland Tree (No Glue)

You will need:
-Garland (target $3)
-Poster Board .50 (used half of it)
-Tape, Scissors, Glue(optional)

Step 1: Make a cone just like in the first cone but this time
leave a small opening on top.
Step 2: Insert about 2 inches of the garland inside the hole.
Step 3: Start wrapping the garland around not to loose but
tight enough so it doesn't move around.
Step 4 & 5: Continue to wrap around (make sure there are no
gaps but this one doesn't have to be as close when you wrap
it around because its a thicker garland)
Step 6: You can add a dot of glue and paste it together (step7)

DIY #3 Vase filled with ornaments

You will need:
-Any vase of your choice (mine are from the dollar tree $4)
- Box of ornaments $1
-Twine $1

Step 1& 2: Start filling up your vase with different balls.
Step 3: Wrap around some twine around the top part of
the vase and simply tie a bow when you have wrapped
it around as much as you want. Thats it!

Easy, simple, and very affordable!! I purchased everything from
the dollar tree except for the gold garland which i got at target
on sale using cartwheel. If you recreate any of these holiday decor ideas

Remember you can be as creative as you want and use any
